Shipping

• All orders are shipped F.O.B. Delaware, Ontario, Canada.
• All orders must be paid when the order is placed. Payment may be made with Visa, certified cheque or money order.
• All orders are subject to applicable taxes.

Returns

• All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
• Special orders may not be returned.
• A 15% re-stocking charge will apply to all returns.
• Returns must be shipped pre-paid to Performance Fiberglass Products, 1640 Gideon Drive, Delaware, Ontario, Canada, N0L 1E0.

Warranty

• Because of the type of use for these parts, Performance Fiberglass Products makes no statement or guarantee.
• Once received, the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility resulting from malfunction, damage or misuse.
• No employee, officer or distributor of Performance Fiberglass Products has any authority to make claims or statements contrary to these terms and conditions.
